Well, I wasted two salmon steaks today. Griddled them and then broke the flesh into a bowl of pasta, tomatos and vegetables, but it was pretty bland. I needed to use more spices I guess, but coz I used a dry chilly to season sesame oil I thought that would be enough.
Need to experiment with amounts of spices - I've got them all now, cumin, turmeric, chilli powder, ginger and more, but I dunno how best to use them.
Well, I had a square or 3 of cooking chocolate but the pasta has filled me up. I had a long walk at lunch time and had to jog a bit as I was running out of hour. Didn't make it to the gym tonight either, I've been a couch potato. Hope to get back down the gym tomorrow.
