I've now been to the gym 3 times this week. I ran 3kms in 20 minutes today and it felt much easier than 3 weeks ago, and 3 months ago I wouldn't have even tried.

Tomorrow is W-Day. I'm gonna get myself weighed and bodyfatted to see if and how I've improved. Hubby says he can see a difference, my clothes feel looser, but I still find it hard to believe I've acheived. Mind, I'm glad I've kept going coz lots of my fellow fitfarmers haven't kept the faith!
