This morning I did 3.3kms in 20 minutes and 12 seconds. I'm getting better! We went out for dinner last night so I've some compensating to do. I'm off work tomorrow so I'm hoping to do a longer workout - see how long I can keep running... and then go for a swim. Might even treat myself to a sauna or steam room. Which is nicer? I've nvever done either!!
