I did it! Only 7 POUNDS to go. Strangely neither my BMI or bodyfat have decreased, but never mind!

oh yeh, I ran 3.2kms in 20 minutes too. Still aching from yesterdays rowing, so won't do that again in a hurry. I've been to the gym 5 times this week, hoping to maintain 4 times a week from next week.
