Well, I've been good this week. Today was the first weekend I've exercised since Fitfarms, so I am now able to say that I have been to the gym THREE times this week, AND to the swimming pool once.

Ok, I wasn't there long for any of the sessions, but I've got my distance up to 3.1kms in 20 minutes. I'm pretty chuffed with that! Swim wise I struggle to do more than 12 lengths but I only get about 40 minutes in the pool before I have to go work (yes I am a slow swimmer!).

But still, its exercise innit.

So, I've eaten all over the shop this week, dominos on Wednesday, chilli con carne Thursday, rice and chicken yesterday. Today will be a bad day as we are out for the afternoon evening.

But, I made ginger biscuits yesterday and a coffee sponge this morning, so at least (if not organic) I'm eating home made cake and know exactly what's in it.
