Relaxed...

This weekend has been an interesting one. I've done pretty much 'booger all' and I feel good for it. I had good intentions, but they never got anybody anywhere!

My darling hubby and his pa have successfully installed my new toilet and bathroom sink. My new sink is Mahoosive! Absolutely huge, and as both I and my mum have independently said "big enough to bathe a baby in". Not that that's happening for a wee while of course!

I did find the most luvverly floor tiles in Wickes but they worked out at £70 per m2 and seeing as the entire suite was only £1000 hubby (and everyone I've told) are a bit loathe to see me spend £300 on floor tiles alone :??: I don't know why they don't have my vision for the room. Then again, as I'm hoping to sell next year maybe they are right?

I've had to get some different verucca stuff today, as just walking the 15 minutes into town was pure agony. I've got a 'freeze-it-off' application to replace the plaster treatment which in turn replaced the docs recommendation of tea-tree oil & a pumice stone.

I dunno bout anyone else but I'm bored of not being able to swim. This verucca freezing stuff is supposed to take upto 14 days before it falls off. Or I can re-apply it in 2 weeks if it hasn't worked. Either way, there is less pain than with the plaster treatment.

Tomorrow I must get back into a routine, gym in the morn, work & then driving in the pm. I've only a four day week next week - yippee :>> so I should be pretty relaxed.
