I scrambled outta bed at 6.50am and made it out the house by 7.05am which I was quite pleased about. Got to the gym and struggled to complete 3.5kms, but I did it, and a hearty pat on the back I gave myself.

Felt full of energy and ate healthy all day at work. It was sooo busy I was proud of myself. Then, after my driving lesson I let all the hard work go. One small dominoes pizza and chicken strippers later I feel bloated. At least it means I won't need a pudding!

Back to the gym tomorrow to work of half the calories from the pizza. Is there no end to this trouble?
