I pretty much did a repetition of yesterdays work out. My thighs ache. I've also been eating almost as healthily.
I tried to book some classes at the gym for this week but they were fully booked, so instead I have settled for second choice of classes and dates/times. Better than nothing mind.
I am now booked in for Circuit training on Thursday evening and Studio Cycling (aka Spinning) on Sunday morning. In between days I am hoping to do another slot at the gym and then a swim with hubby. Oh and the blasted weights and sit-ups. We shall see how that progresses.
I feel low in energy despite all this exercise which is odd, I used to feel full of energy before. Maybe I'm missing something else, although I can't think what in my diet.
I've been silly about this damn implant too. Instead of just booking a date and getting it taken out, then trying to get pregnant? I've been surfing the net, reading all the doom and gloom about Implanon, how long it could take to get periods/pregnant and numerous other side effects which people have had whilst on or after removal.
There was one comment though which cheered me. One voice of sanity in the whole of the doom'n'gloom filled 'net - which asked: how many of the women complaining about fertility problems post implanon had actually a)proven fertility and b)regular periods prior to, and c)had had exhaustive check-ups to ensure there were no other causes delaying pregnancy. Go that lady!
So, I am hopeful that when it is out, and the time is right I will fall preggers. Who knows if that will be quick or slow but I shall certainly have fun practising and until then will not stress out too much ![]()
Have a good week!
x
