Oh dearie me. The last post here was before I knew about Bump and how funny that I was already pregnant at the time!
Well now it seems my gym membership is going to gather dust for a few months, and whilst i hate paying £30 a month for something I won't really use I hate to cancel it, and then have to pay another joining charge!
I've been to the gym maybe 3 times in the last 6 weeks and can't help wondering if my lack of energy is linked to this. I keep meaning to go but the bed is so comfy, the outside is too cold, and a zillion other excuses too!
I am accepting my weight gain with bad grace, but I am still glad that I first lost it. I am also happy in the knowledge that after Bump I can lose the babyweight and if not get back to where I was then at least not be far off!
Mind, I can use the gym membership for the pool and also for aquanatal classes, but for some reason they don't appeal. Maybe as I get too big to balance my critical mass on land? We shall see. But as I say, its done the trick. My BMI dropped sufficiently to put my pregnancy into the low risk category, I can walk around, and I AM carrying a healthy baby in a healthy me.
Worth it I'd say!

Very worthwhile. Try and get into the habit of swimming, it will make you feel as if you have done something exercise related and you will probably use the pool a lot once bump becomes baby x
